I'd say 8/10. One of the best RPG's I've played, especially for the fact that's it's on PS1.

gave it 9/10. the onlyd downside to teh game was that the translaters must of been high or something.
btw, ive been gone for so long cause some s.o.b. sent me a virus that completly wrecked my computer. i had to reinstall windows, and i only managed to save 10% of the files i originally had.

I gave it a 9/10 because it still had a few kinks and the translation was poor.
FF7 is very overrated >_>

ff7 was 1 of the most overrated games ive ever played. give me ff6/3, ff8, or ff10 any day (or ff4/2) (the # before the / is the american # and the 1 after is the japanese, incase some didnt know)

Well, I played through ff7 and all, beat the weapons, kicked major ass, and was disappointed at the end with the crappy weak version of Sephiroth. I mean the story was good and all, but everything else was just... BLAH!
With LoD, it's not hyped up like ff7, so when you get it, you're not expecting much, but as you play through, you realize it's a great game.

i gave it 10/10, i think it is the best ps1 game of all time. the battle system, story, etc, all add to it as well. i'm glad i have it now.
